NEW PATIENTS

Initial Consultation
Made up of a full history and physical examination, including state-of-the-art neural scanning technology, full spinal examination, Range of Motion testing, and X-rays (if required)

Problem Report
We will explain to you the findings of your last visit, what we think is going on, and how we help you. This visit includes your first adjustment.

Solution Report & Care Plan
After seeing how your body reacts to your first adjustment, we create a care plan going forward with you. We will decide with you on the frequency of these adjustment visits on a regular basis.

Progress Visit
A 'checkpoint' at the end of your care plan to see how we are going. This allows us to ensure we are getting the desired outcome and are meeting your goals, so that we know how to continue moving forward with your care.

Maintaining Your Health
After we reach your goals, it's important to keep your body tuned up to ensure your body doesn't fall back into poor functioning habits.
On your first visit to Papakura Chiropractic, we want to learn all about you. Your chiropractor will use a series of questions and tests to fully understand the stresses your body is managing. This is so that we can put together all the puzzle pieces regarding your health, and we can know the very best place to help you to achieve your goals.

Solution Report
After seeing how your body reacts to your first adjustment, we use all of the information we have so far to create a plan going forward with you. This is where we will talk about the frequency and duration of your plan to fit in with your schedule and the most cost-effective way to do this.

Progress Visit
Approximately every twelve visits we check your progress by repeating various tests and scans from the initial consultation, to be able to measure your functional improvement.

Ongoing Care
Just like going to the gym, starting a diet or starting a new habit, it is important that we maintain progress going forward. We reduce your frequency and see you at regular intervals to keep you tuned up and continually improving.
